Regular HVAC preventative maintenance is the best way to ensure trouble-free operation and peak performance. Pre-season maintenance is also important. It can help to avoid a system failure in severe hot or cold weather when you need it most, and it can also keep your energy bill from getting out of control. Your unit manufacturer also requires routine maintenance to keep your warranty in effect.What Do I Get With PMA Plan? We offer top notch preventative maintenance that will ensure your system runs as efficiently as possible. We have two levels of service plans, The Basic & The Elite, each plan offers a different level of service. With both plans you will receive the level of service to keep your unit running in top shape.

The Basic PMA PLAN
$150.00 plus tax per year
-Two maintenance inspections will be scheduled in the fall and the spring
- Inspecting, cleaning and replacing owner provided filters *optional provided if requested ahead of time
- Checking proper refrigerant pressures
- Check and tightening all electrical connections
- Check and clean condensate drainage system within unit
- Check, clean & lubricate blower motors, if required
- Check and clean bugs and debris.
- Checking system for proper voltage and amp draw
- Non-chemical cleaning of either Indoor/Outdoor Coil
- Insuring that electrical controls are working properly
- Check all capacitors, contactors, transformers for proper function
- Check heating operation including ignition sequence, safety controls, and pilot performance if applicable
- No afterhours charges
- 10% Discount on any repair parts & labor for the HVAC service calls for the covered system(s).

The Elite PMA PLAN
$300.00 plus tax per year
